MDJ Fitment Center is committed to providing quality vehicle tracking and fitment services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

General Policy
Due to the nature of vehicle tracking devices, installations, and security services, refunds are subject to strict conditions once products have been installed or activated.

Installation Bookings and Deposits
2.1 A deposit may be required to secure an installation booking.
2.2 Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the deposit being non-refundable.
2.4 If MDJ Fitment Center cancels or reschedules the installation, the customer may choose to reschedule or request a full refund of the deposit.

Installed Products
3.1 Once a tracking device or product has been installed and is functioning correctly, refunds will generally not be granted.
3.2 Removal of installed equipment does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
3.3 Any refund request for installed products will be assessed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Faulty or Defective Products
4.1 If a product is found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, it may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and the Consumer Protection Act.
4.2 Proof of installation and payment is required for any warranty or refund claim.
4.3 MDJ Fitment Center reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a refund or replacement.

Subscription Fees
5.1 Monthly or annual tracking subscription fees paid directly to the tracking service provider are subject to the provider’s refund and cancellation policy.
5.2 MDJ Fitment Center is not responsible for refunding subscription fees managed by third-party tracking companies.

Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives an incorrect product due to an error on our part, we will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Processing of Refunds
7.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.
7.2 Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.
7.3 MDJ Fitment Center reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative or service fees where applicable and permitted by law.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications
Failure to maintain required subscription payments
Theft of a vehicle where the tracking device was functioning correctly
Change of mind after installation has been completed

Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and complies with the Consumer Protection Act.
