MDJ Fitment Center provides vehicle tracking installations, stolen vehicle recovery solutions, fleet management systems, insurance telematics, and related automotive security services across South Africa.
We are an approved installer for Matrix and Beame tracking systems.

- Services and Installations
2.1 All installations are subject to booking confirmation and product availability.
2.2 Installation times provided are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle type and complexity.
2.3 Customers must ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy and accessible at the time of installation.
2.4 MDJ Fitment Center is not responsible for delays caused by third-party tracking providers, including activation approvals or network-related delays.
2.5 Any additional work required outside the standard installation may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
- Tracking Subscriptions and Monitoring
3.1 Certain tracking devices require monthly or annual subscription fees payable directly to the tracking service provider.
3.2 Failure to maintain subscription payments may result in suspension or termination of tracking and recovery services.
3.3 MDJ Fitment Center is not liable for service interruptions caused by unpaid subscriptions, signal interference, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Payments and Refunds
4.1 Full payment is required before or upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits paid for booked installations may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
4.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.
- Warranty
5.1 Warranty terms on tracking devices and related equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
5.2 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, water damage, electrical faults, or tampering.
5.3 Any warranty claim must be supported by proof of installation and payment.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 While we strive to provide reliable security solutions, MDJ Fitment Center does not guarantee prevention of theft or loss.
6.2 We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from theft, loss of vehicle, business interruption, or system malfunction.
6.3 Customers acknowledge that vehicle tracking is a risk mitigation service and not a guarantee of recovery.
- Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information during booking and installation.
7.2 Customers must notify the relevant tracking service provider immediately in the event of theft.
7.3 Customers are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and updating contact details.
- Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
8.2 Personal data will only be used for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance.
8.3 We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
